Today was another stressful day for the two of us as we waited to close on our house. A day after Paul quit his job he received an eleventh hour call from our lawyers asking whether he had filed bankruptcy. Needless to say, we waited eagerly for 5pm, hoping that something would not come out of the woodwork to ruin our plans. Paul did get another call from the lawyer and our mortgage broker. But, there were no more problems.
