Sun, Oct 8

Today we had a ride up to Welwyn Garden City to do some grocery shopping and pick up some food for the new freezer at Morrisons, and then to B&Q to pick up some household stuff. When we got home, Paul put the treadmill together in the shed so he can start back on his training schedule.
