After a week of juggling and cash monitoring, I was able to close the day knowing that I had secured enough money to get through the next week. Money had been pretty tight, and with my boss out of the country since last Wednesday, it was down to me to make sure that we didn't run short. Job done, feeling relieved.
But the best news of all is that Tiny hasn't been sick in the last 24 hours and is still eating her new food. She still isn't t herself, and is still not as affectionate as she normally is. But, at least she looks like she feels 100% better, and that is far more important.
