"Michelin Guide" Dawn found a new pub for us to try out. So, after doing the grocery shopping this morning we headed over to Stevenage and then onto a new pub listed for the very first time in the latest Michelin pub guide. The pub was called The Tilbury at Datchworth. Located in the middle of the countryside and surrounded by farms, we came across a gold mine. The food and ambience were worth searching out. I know that we'll be back. Hopefully it won't be too long. We spent the rest of the day talking about how excellent the food was.
