This morning Paul picked up an edition of the Hatfied and Welwyn Times after he had dropped Dawn off at the station and found another job worth applying for. So as soon as he finished reading the advert he typed out a letter of introduction and printed out a copy of his CV and drove to Stevenage to hand the envelope containing the documents in by hand.
Later in the day he got a call from a recruiter asking whether he was interested in an accounts role in Ware (about 15 minutes drive) from where we live. Paul said give it a go, he has nothing to lose.
