This may be a short week, thanks to Monday being a bank holiday. But we're making up for it with stress at the office. Yesterday I arrived back in the workplace to be faced with yet more problems with our computer systems. Then, today, I had three different meetings to discuss the new project management database that will replace the defunct ADEO system. We've now been without it for over a month, and it still seems like the replacement EMP Manager is at least another month from being ready.
It also didn't help that Tiny woke me up the last two nights either. Last night she disturbed me by laying sphinx-like on my back as I slept on my chest. I got up and took her downstairs, which settled her down. I, needless to say, felt dead on my feet by the end of the day.
