Up early to watch Louis Hamilton win the Japanese F1 Grand Prix before making some grits and fried porridge for breakfast. After a shower, I had a drive over to Ware to drop off a couple of bags bottles and cardboard at the recycling center before dropping into Tesco to pick up a bunch of flowers and a box of Earl Grey tea bags for Dawn.
Dawn did the vacuuming and laundry, while I made a pot of chili.
This afternoon, I finished reading my environmental book while Dawn had her weekly video call with Brady. I then plonked my backside on the couch to watch the Spurs' visit to Stoke City live on Sky Sports. It sank deeper than ever after I watched as Spurs lost again. Their worst ever start to a league campaign.
