Thank heavens for the weekend. Even with doing the grocery shopping, running errands and popping up to see Dad, it was still easier going than it had been this week. It helped that we decided to get out early so we could catch an earlier train into London than we did last time so we didn't have to contend with all the Arsenal fans on the way to the Emirates Stadium.
Dad seems to be doing really well. He's getting about pretty well, has put on some weight over the last few months, and has got more colour in his cheeks. If he could only get his INR under control, I think he would be really happy. While we were there, I tried to sort out a problem he had with his laptop. Unfortunately he doesn't have Internet access, so I will have to download a new printer driver when I get home and take it up with me next time we go.
