The cook was busy today. And so was the lady of the house, too. Dawn, apart from having her weekly video call with Brady, spent most of the time doing the vacuuming, laundry, dusting, and of course the obligatory ironing. Chef Paul on the other hand made a large pot of Chili that we'll have over the next fortnight, along with some thyme and sage meatballs that we will also have over the next two weeks. In between I also made some cornbread so we can have it in the week with our Chili and soup, and some oatmeal muffins that we can have for lunch with fruit.
I again watched Spurs on television. But this time they were knocked out of the FA Cup by the Premiership league leaders Manchester United. It didn't dull the satisfaction of Tuesday's victory over Arsenal though.
