Dawn attended a course on how to be more assertive at work today because she felt that she was having a problem saying no to certain people at work. Unfortunately, Dawn turned out to be one of, if not the most, assertive person on the course. Watch this space to see if it has helped. But, based on her comments when I met her on the way home, I wouldn't hold your breath.
