Thur, May 29th

Tonight I finally gave in and got a bus back to Enfield Chase. As expected, the heavens had opened this afternoon and I did not fancy walking the two miles to the station in the pouring rain. So, I left work a few minutes early and caught a bus. To my delight, I did not have to wait to catch the 231 that dropped me off right outside the station. Incredibly though, despite all the rain, I was the only person on the bus. It did not stop once more to pick anyone up or allow anyone off, and when it arrived at Enfield Chase I was the only one to alight the bus.

The best news of the day, though, was that Tiny has started to eat again and has already cleaned several bowls of her chicken.
