Finally a couple of things went our way today. Hopefully this means that the bad luck that has been filtering through this month has now run its course. The first thing that we can be thankful for is that we found a cottage in Hayle, Cornwall that takes pets so we can go on holiday this year with Tiny. We haven't been away since we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in Scotland two years ago, so we are really looking forward to this.
The other thing that went our way was that we had broadband working again when we got home from work this evening. It's amazing how we have become dependent on the Internet and the immediate availability of information at our fingertips.
