If this week hadn't been long enough already for Dawn, today pushed the boundaries even further. Thankfully she was able to get away from the office for a while at lunch time to enjoy lunch with my daughter Hayley at a Mexican style joint in Upper Street.
No, Dawn's day was extended because she attended the Student Union President's dinner as she had been nominated for yet another award. Sadly she was not successful this time. Even if she had, I don't think it would have helped her state of mind. I collected her from Hertford North gone 11:30pm and then took her home to where she crashed on the bed a little before midnight.
My highlight was that I got paid. After spending February on a three day week all month, it was nice to know that a full paycheck was paid into my bank account. Quite an accomplishment!
