I don't think anyone can appreciate how much we look forward to the weekends at the moment. However, it doesn't stop me checking the bank balances at work and getting a head start for Monday working out how I am going to manage the cash situation.
This morning we headed into town for a haircut and then drove to Highgate for lunch at Dim T. We didn't have to do the grocery shopping because I went to Tesco after work on my own yesterday as Dawn was getting back late.
We then popped up to Dad's and chatted with him and George for a while before driving back to Hertford. We really hate this drive. But with my knee and leg still playing up, we didn't fancy the walk to and from the station, and to and from the station to Dad's.
Tonight we watched Dawn's new favourite reality show, Over The Rainbow, where Graham Norton hosts a show trying to find someone from the public to play Dorothy in a West End show.
