We left the house early today to have a ride over to PC World in Harlow to get the techies to look at a problem I had with my laptop battery. While there we did our grocery shopping at the local Tesco for a change.
Back at the house, we spent several hours cleaning and moving odds and ends around. Dawn got our bookcase filled with our ornaments and stuff, while I moved the furniture around in the spare room and put our photo albums on the bookcase in there. All the while Tiny kept me company sitting on her wicker chair watching what was going on.
We both felt exhausted from all the hassle, but the place looked a lot better by the time we finished. Unfortunately, we're not even into one tenth of what needs to be done around the house.
