Dawn has been spending the last three days enjoying some time away from the office, while I have been slaving away at my desk. However, it hasn't been all fun. On Tuesday she went to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Welwyn Garden City for an ultrasound. It appears to have gone well, but she'll know more next Friday when she goes back for the results.
Then on Wednesday she stayed at home while a couple of builders took down the damaged ceiling boards in the living room and put some new ones up. On Thursday she waited in while a plasterer called by to plaster the whole ceiling. However, we'll have to wait until next week before it's painted.
