Day Four of our long weekend. Yes, in England Easter Monday is a public holiday. I won't repeat myself. But, it's nice to know that at least in this country we acknowledge that Jesus Christ died on the cross for us. I sometimes wonder whether Christmas would have been so big in America if it weren't for Hallmark - Just Kidding!!!!!!!!!!!

We took it easy once more and this time we popped into town to wander around the shops that were open and had a skinny cappuccino in Serendipity. Back at the house we did do some IEMA studying again. We also had an excellent meal, too. Today it was my special chicken casserole where the chicken has been marinated in white wine, honey, brown sugar, peri-peri sauce and chili powder, and then baked in a dish with some carrots, swede and parsnips.
